SAF-HOLLAND Dy Chairwoman Ingrid Jagering To Step Down, Dagmar Rehm To Succeed
(RTTNews) - SAF-HOLLAND SE, Monday announced that Ingrid Jagering will step down from the position of deputy chairwoman of Supervisory Board following the Annual General Meeting on May 20.
The company has proposed Dagmar Rehm, a veteran in finance and risk management, as her successor. Rehm previously served as CFO of juwi AG and currently works as an independent consultant. If elected, she will also take over as Chairwoman of the Audit Committee.
The company also plans to expand the Supervisory Board from five to six members to address growing responsibilities stemming from regulatory changes and business expansion, including the Haldex acquisition.
As part of this move, SAF-HOLLAND has nominated Hans-Werner Kaas, former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and current Managing Partner of HWK Advisory LLC. Kaas brings decades of experience advising global firms in the automotive and industrial sectors.
SFQ.F is currently trading at 14.08 euros down 0.14 euros or 0.98 percent on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
